There are two kinds of forms on our site.

The first type is to email us. When you submit this form, you are added to our CRM in Squarespace. It also sends an email with your Phone Number and Message to chris.haley@mci-ot.com, who will use that information to best direct your inquiry. This form also saves to a third-party database hosted on Google Sheets.

The second type is a newsletter signup. When you submit this form, you are added to our CRM in Squarespace.
